Some locations require permitting to host a proposal. In those cases we will need up to 45 days to get approval. Additional permitting fees apply.
In the event of inclement weather, we will do our best to reschedule.
Proposals are non-refundable
Additional fees may apply on holidays.
If we are transforming a private location, everything is yours to keep, and it will be your responsibility to clean up upon check out. We can do the clean-up for an extra fee.

Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: All proposals require at least a 7-day reservation. For certain locations (beaches and certain parks), permitting is required. In those cases we will need a minimum of 14 days and up to 45. Additional permitting fees apply.
