  • Q: How far in advance should I book?

    A:

    We recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance to ensure availability and proper planning time. For peak seasons, 3-4 months is ideal.

    We can accommodate last minute proposals, but we will need at least 7 days notice, and not all locations will be available.

    • Some locations require permitting to host a proposal. In those cases we will need up to 45 days to get approval. Additional permitting fees apply.

    • In the event of inclement weather, we will do our best to reschedule.

    • Proposals are non-refundable

    • Additional fees may apply on holidays.
